Why a fitness blog and--for crying out loud--why am I writing one!
As I have passed the half-century mark in my life, I have come to believe strongly in certain aspects of wellness and fitness that work. My septuagenarian mother recently told me that some of my ideas and tips have helped her with her own wellness, and she encouraged me to share them with others.
Okay, I might as well start!
It is never too late--and as for fitness, it is never too late to start that, either!
